Welcome to doctoryou.org. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the online course we offer. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
We’re a small, one-person operation selling a single online course. These Terms are straightforward and written to protect both of us while keeping things simple.
1. The Service
DoctorYou.org provides access to a self-paced online course. All materials (videos, lessons, worksheets, etc.) are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. Sharing logins is not allowed.
3. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All course materials are owned by DoctorYou.org and protected by copyright.
You may:
- Watch the videos and use the materials for your personal learning.
- Download content for your own offline use if the platform allows it.
You may not:
- Re-sell, re-distribute, or publicly share the course content.
- Use the materials to create competing products or services.
- Remove copyright notices.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- If there is an issue with your order please email [email protected] with your order number and we will try to resolve your issue.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose.
- Harass other students (if we ever add community features).
- Attempt to hack or overload the site.
- Impersonate anyone.
6. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason (though we almost never do this). You can delete your account anytime from your settings.
7. Disclaimers
The course is provided “as is.” We do our best to make it excellent, but we make no guarantees about specific results. Your success depends on your effort.
We are not medical professionals and this course is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personal health decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.) arising from your use of the course.
Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll post the new version here and notify you by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
